damn bro really good lower third and your side seems pretty good aswell, do you have an overbite btw? just curious because it looks like it from the side. i think you could debloat a lil, do something for your eyelashes please they are non existent and do something for your nose, rhinoplasty if you can afford it. also your facial thhirds look off because of how much hair you have on your forehead maybe try messing around with that.

And for bloating I rly only eat meat and little carbs I’m currently in a big deficit so that’ll be fixed in due time

here's all i did:
fixed the overbite or whatever that bulge on your top lip sorta is
gave slightly thicker fuller and especially wider brows
reduced nose width by a lot
increased lip thickness by a bit
increased chin height by a bit (you have a long midface due to a long nose+long philtrum, not sure if theres a surgery for this so a chin/jaw surgery to raise the chin height might be best)
added lashes the best i could
