I recently got a gym membership and my goal is to be lean, i have no idea where to start, I'm slightly overweight.
I'm asking how i can become lean (What exercises i should do at the gym) and what changes i could make in my diet because for now it's:
Morning : Eat fruits like a banana or 2 bananas
Afternoon : eat something like dates or eggs
Evening : chicken and veggies (for example)
I'm gonna restrict myself from eating AFTER 7 PM
I want to eat less processed, more natural
Anything that actually helps is very appreciated
