I got a adderall/Vyvanse prescription and it really helps me be more productive ie cleaning my room or some bs. But I don’t wanna take it during the summer because I wanna try and grow taller (I don’t really eat on the meds and it ruins my sleep)

Honestly delete social media. If you’re not willing to, you’ve already lost. I also take vyvanse, but only when I’m dedicating the entire day to studying. I’d advise using stimulants sparingly since they’ll fry your dopamine receptors

Yeah bro it’s actually really fucking simple, cut out your lazy habits and force yourself to be productive, like read a book instead of watching TikTok etc
