How do I become more action-oriented? Have motivation, etc.

I have motivation when it comes to looksmaxing, but when it comes to making money, I literally have ZERO. I know I'll need more money for my looksmaxing, but I just can't take action. If I had actually bought all of the stock and coins I had in mind, I would be up several 100k by now, but I just sat by and did nothing. My brother bought some coins along with some stock a little while ago and he is already up 8k.

Is it genetic or can I do anything about it? I've always been a very passive person who never takes risks or cares about materialistic things.

I also feel like the moment I actually buy some coins and stock, it will all crash.
