How do I become more positive?

Rn my mindset is

- My past is just back to back failure
- My present is so incredibly pathetic and subhuman the only way to cope is 24/7 LDARing
- My future will only be 10x more brutal and hopeless (homeless, unemployed, forever alone, social reject, beaten up half to death by normie hobos every day)

Cliches but the only way IMO is to be grateful for whatever you do have and focus on what you can control
