How do i become NT and talk to girls normally?

I get really autistic/shy and don't say anything even when a girl says hi to me, it's like my brain just shuts off and id on't reply or just be straight forward to the point, how do i not do this? it's obviously because i've been a shut-in my entire life but it's reallly bad.
I want to be NT and be able to talk to guys and girls in particular like a normal person.
How do i become extroverted? i don't believe in the "you can't change" theory, you can, i just want to know how.

I understand, but it isnt difficult to start a conversation. Just talk to stranger a few minutes everyday to get the hang of it, and practice.

Doesn't work in the UK, everyone here is quite cold and unfriendly to strangers. Works in Spain/America though
