Should I get a job to become more nt?

Currently in college and debating getting an on campus job to improve my social skills, meet more people, and hopefully become more nt. The only thing is I make more money currently doing other work online, so I'd technically be "losing" money by getting a job. The thing is I have felt really unproductive and it's not like my online work doesn't give me time to get a job anyways. I don't think I'd have a lot of hours, but how helpful do you think this could be to become more nt.
