How do I become NT so I can make friends and possibly get a gf while I’m in college?

I go to a polytechnic university, so the student population is majority male and on top of that I’m ND.

To ascend I’ve been gymmaxxing , style maxing and skincare maxxing but that’s it.

What should I do?

I haven’t been diagnosed with autism or anything I’m just weird. Maybe because I have a lack of social skills. Idk

go to a doctor mabye theyll give u semax or some and also js act normal im akward asf aswell i would want to not talk to anyone at all if i could but u gotta atleast talk a bit and go out with friends atleast once a week
