it depends on the cream. some of them are indeed a concealer but there are some that make your skin pearlescent

Use a shea butter mud mask and a whitening mask and you are good to go you have to exfoliate it well tho

- Niacinamide (5%)

- Laser (VBeam / IPL, also most effective)

- Vitamin C

- kojic acid (looks like cope ngl)

Hydroquinone blocks the production of melanin, which gives skin its color

It’s normally used for hyperpigmentation but people also use it to lighten their skin I think it’s the actual point because it’s to lighten it.

Niacimide did kinda help me with scars so I am sure it works
