Just mash whatever you want on your face to make look more defined it can be used by anything bruh it’s not that hard (better results if you have your head leaning back on something while doing it )

Wolffs law doesn’t give you more volume, it just stabilizes it

It could work but only if you break the bone/ create a bone fracture, not with the bonesmashing you’re talking about
