Read some threads that are here but I know that you have to apply the same force(quite a strong one I think) and hit each side the same amount of time to prevent asymmetri.
Also use some thing like the end of a gua sha

The way most ppl do it no, there’s other ways I’ve seen but still minuscule results even Clav and zeta say to do it for the inflammation it’s like a gym pump for ur face

If ur worried ab the bruises or redness etc u don’t want it bad enough jfl, it’s worth it js make sure to hit hard or its cope and only gives you good pumps
