you dont need to apply much force for the temporary swelling + blood pooling, bs doesnt grow tissue nor bone so dont think that stronger hits = better gains

I deadass used to do it with a ps4 controller and that was so loud but just use a hammer, or massage gun. Also at night when your parents are asleep, or just have music playing in your room so it kinda masks it. It shouldnt be too loud though to begin with
