No pain meds bs just tell me how to break my finger i cant fucking do it, every time i try there's just too much pain and i automatically stop.

why would you want to do that? anyways just punch a wall really hard, do it enough times and you will break a finger and ur knuckles probably

thats a hands only method tho, either way if youre asking about breaking your finger by twisting it with your other hand or something, you cant, your brain is literally wired to not let you do that
