How do I bulk correctly ?

I’m 15, 5’9, and 128 lbs. I want to bulk up because I’m tired of being skinny, and summer is coming here in South America. I go to the gym and play tennis, but I’m not gaining much weight. How should I bulk, and what’s a good target weight for me?
 
What's the question here exactly? You bulk by eating in a caloric surplus, and you decide if you track your macros or not. Some people don't track them but they stay consistent by estimating how much they eat and consistent weigh-ins

Lean bulk. Find out what your TDEE is then eat 200kcal over that.
