You can easily buy vapes or snus on eBay by stealing your mums id and verifying it because it doesn’t require face then ordering them but it’ll have to be in your name. Some don’t even ask for your account to be verified. I’m prettt sure for fags tho there are many duty free sources that maybe don’t need id? Just try random online shops aswell, try anything
