How do I buy from Indian Mart without my parents knowing?

For context of my situation, I live in a small apartment with both of my parents. They are both kind but also very helicopter-like. They monitor my Cash App, so if I buy something, they will be notified. Not to mention, even if I did end up being able to buy it without them knowing, they would still most likely be able to find it. They are copers and are very against pharmaceutical intervention. Any ideas or tips would be greatly appreciated!
