There are plenty of websites which don't ID on deli, if you're 15 and need money doing something like this I'm gonna venture to guess you're unemployed and don't even have a card. So either wait till ur 18 or try n ask around n see if there's a shop that doesn't ID, when I was younger there was a smoke shop which wouldn't ID the teenagers n everyone would buy from there.

In that case just look around Reddit n whatnot, there's a lotta ppl on there who post IDless sources. Idk any that sell bulk but I used to have a couple friend that would buy Fifty Bars in bulk and upsell tf outta them so there's defo a place out there just gotta be on the lookout.

just find a local vape seller and ask them where they get their product from, most of the time they wont tell u anything but u might get some info

buy them from plugs since in bulk they'll be cheaper and u can sell them

you could also go dumpster diving from the back of smokeshops but thats a toss up and also extreme homeless activities

or just go on websites that arent scams
