How do I change back to light theme

There was a toggle on the top right of the nav bar and I clicked on it and my site is dark theme. How do I go back to light?

it's what was said when i made a thread asking about it on off topic. there was claims many models had extractions.

Click on your avatar in the top right corner > preferences > styles > choose the one you had

just go bottom left corner where the theme chooser is normally
