how do i clear my skin up kp?

Im not sure what treatments to use with my skin since idk if its kp or acne but how do i clear it up, my arms have these just weird dark to red dots all over them and its mad annoying. I moistruize daily and just got isotren 0.05 for my chest acne which is clearing it up i also have accutane on hand and other skin care products but im unsure what ones to use since idk what condition i have.

It looks like kp use glycolic acid or a cream containing urea
