How do I completely fix my facial asymmetry

Preface: I am still in my developmental stages, turning 16 and tanner stage 3.7 specifically but in general I have strong body hair genes.

Orthodontist says my upper right teeth are 'inwards' contributing to my right face being asymmetrical, also my worse side.

I can see on some photos that my nose is slightly crooked to the right. My eyes look different, I even have some jaw imbalances. Shit's fucking brutal.My body has some imbalances too with my shoulders specifically. My sphenoid is likely fucked along with my jaw

How do I erradicate this subhuman trait. Not being asymmetrical is the bare minimum
