I (35m) went thru my wife's phone. We have been married 9 years and together 14. There was 2 times we broke up for a couple months 12 and 13 years ago. We went thru a separation earlier this year for a couple months. She's an avoidant and I'm an anxious attachment type so trying to fix our marriage problems this year has been difficult and she's been acting more odd than usual. Went thru her phone and found a list of mean names, at first didn't know what it was about but was able to figure out it was guys she's slept with. 15 seems like a crazy number considering how long we've been together and the list was updated June of this year. We were separated from February-May. I don't feel good about going thru her phone. How to confront her with this
