How do I convince my Dr to give me a genio?

I've broken my nose on 3 times and from that i have a visible bump, deviated left septum and slight asymmetry and im going in on friday for an examination for surgery. A genio would save my nose but from what I've seen ill most likey end up with a septoplasty. What can I say to help my chances of getting a slight comedic side to the surgery as well to the medical part
