How do I cope for the rest of my life

I have accepted the fact that I am a below ltn truecel. I look like the white schery6. I could easily ascend to htn-chadlite with an OBO along with supraorbital implants and a custom bimax (that's IF the surgeries go well). However, that would cost a lot of money which by the time I acquire (if I even do) I will be in my late 20s (life is over past 25 so even if I become htn it won't matter). I'm too scared to rope so that is out of the question. What should I do in my spare time to cope with my ugliness and loneliness.

Summarised: is there any fun things that you can do by yourself during your spare time to escape loneliness.
