Dude if he’s 4'11" no limb lengthening can save him. How many inches do people gain from LL without looking disproportionate? Like 4 inches max? Which would make him 5'3"—still truecel height.

And AFAIK LL gives 2–3 inches at a time. If he wants to get all the way to 5'8", he needs at least 3 LL operations. Each one comes with a risk of never walking again. The more times you do LL the more the total risk compounds. Not worth it.
