you have to step out of your comfort zone. ik it sounds like the old "just be confident" but see it through. i used to have no friends and just sit alone during school. you need to connect with a couple people and go out together so you arent on your own and meet new people. its either put on a nt mask and do something abt it, or stay rotting.
