How do I cope with knowing I won’t grow much more

I turned 14 a week ago ive stopped growing Bacicaly all together ive grown about 1 cm in 4 months I’m 7 mm of 5’7 I’m a waste of genetics my dads 5’11 and mom is 5’7 it’s all my fault I slept terrible during Main growth phase why did I do this to my self I wish I never had an early puberty and recommendations

get an x-ray scan honestly i am 6'0 my dad was 5'3 and my mum was 4'10 but ur going to grow u just turn 14 i gurantee u will grow way past 6 foot ur the same height as ur mum bro just relax ur going to grow lmao its very unlikely for u bone to fuse at that age and in that circumstances where ur mum is the same height as u. Your always going to grow way taller then ur mum for sure

I am not going to argue against a barely 14 year old. All i am going to say is that puberty for most people finish at 18-19. You barely even started your first year of puberty. I had my growth spurt late 14-15

Same here buddy boyo, just turned 15 and I'm pretty sure I'm not going to grow any further.

There's nothing much you can do honestly. Just try not to think much about it. ik It sucks, but there's nothing you can do now.
What's done is done, you can maybe fraud with shoe lifts, but having to worry about getting caught with them, etc., for me it's just not worth it. I already know it's over with or without the shoe lifts, I'll always be a manlet, I'll always be looked down upon in society. I'll have to slave and work for the 6,5 chads, and break my back day and night while the tall chads get to live their life in peace and comfort.

My advice for you is to try not to fall into a pit of despair, just try to cope with something healthy/semi-healthy, or at least something that isn't harmful, like video games for example, or watch a shiton of movies, maybe read some books if you're into that.

you mightve just temporarily stopped growing, only way to fs know is xray or you dont grow for 1-2 more years
