How do i cope with not being able to lift ?

Everytime i lift i feel disappointed and pessimistic, as if me lifting this pathetic kgs was literally worthless.
I cant stand feeling my muscles failling me and me failling reps, how do you prevent this gymcels ?

I already stopped i lost 12 kg perma running and cycling, i just cant lift i hate it this is a reminder of my weakness

Ded srs im struggling lifting 37 kg with both my hands wtf is this shit, im working on loosing my man boobs but how can i even cope with being this subhuman when others are lifting 100 kg ?

i just do calisthenics

Most people at my gym are weak tho, rarely see people bench more than 1.5 plates

How many rep, we might be close in strength. I do like 10 rep and try to increase weight but i feel so subhuman around other men its insane

Prolly like 12. Im like 6'1 135 and just started gymcelling and bulking. I dont bench deadlift or squat, I do dips, ohp, push ups, and pull ups. I doesent really matter, I dont care I am weak because I am over 6'2 with my lifts and tower over 5'8 gymcells at my gym.

Tbh i think ill just become lean so i can lift my own weight and progress with calisthenkcs. Lifting weight is literally autistic and improper.

I would only do OHP and arm exercises with weights

read Convict Conditioning 1, 2, 3 and C-mass

also recommend the book Complete Calisthenics

the bodyweightfitness subreddit is a good place as well

i also watch Chris Heria/Thenx on YouTube for bodyweight HIIT workouts

you just need a pull up bar and maybe some parallettes

and dip bar is good to have too
