I’ve had this shit for coming up 2 years now, and everyone tells me “oh if you just don’t pay it attention it will go” and “quit smoking weed” and all that stuff. I’ve done all that and it still won’t fucking go. What do I do, I’m slowly loosing touch of reality.

If you ever experienced it once it means you passed a threshold and I don’t think there is a literal solution to it so the best thing you can do is quit your bad habits, i guess everyone says the right thing

I dont actually know man it is a really complex behaviour of the brain maybe in the future neuroscientist could explain it, i get it too every now and then.
