How do I cut carbs and not feel tired

Im tryna cut so eating no carbs but i feel tired when going out. How do I get around this, i dont want to be drinking energy drinks all the time. Only time i eat carbs is before gym
 
Yeah but I always crash an hour after having an energy drink and there literall bloat method with the amount of sodium in no sugar monsters
i feel ya on the crash part, they really shouldnt bloat u tho if u stay hydrated, most of the time ppl say that they are coping with bf%

Not sure abt fats but I’m tryna eat around 2100cal and probably eating 80g protein

Да, но дело в том, что я пытаюсь полностью исключить углеводы из своего рациона на короткий месяц, чтобы сбросить вес.
НThere's no point in losing weight like that. Sooner or later, you'll fail. Just make sure you're getting your carbs slower (like rice, etc.), not quicker. If you don't eat carbs, even if you lose weight, you'll gain the weight back anyway

Yeah true thanks for this. I’ll try lower my carb intake but still eat slow releasing carbs just less
