How do I cut carbs and not feel tired

Im tryna cut so eating no carbs but i feel tired when going out. How do I get around this, i dont want to be drinking energy drinks all the time. Only time i eat carbs is before gym

Yeah but I always crash an hour after having an energy drink and there literall bloat method with the amount of sodium in no sugar monsters

i feel ya on the crash part, they really shouldnt bloat u tho if u stay hydrated, most of the time ppl say that they are coping with bf%

НThere's no point in losing weight like that. Sooner or later, you'll fail. Just make sure you're getting your carbs slower (like rice, etc.), not quicker. If you don't eat carbs, even if you lose weight, you'll gain the weight back anyway

Yeah true thanks for this. I’ll try lower my carb intake but still eat slow releasing carbs just less

Caffeine and sleeping. Keep your cut short, 4 to 8 weeks max. I'm on my second cut and approaching week 2 (aiming for 4 weeks top), amazing results so far and same methodology as you. Carbs for training days and refeed on saturdays and sundays. Mostly proteins and greens throughout the week, steady deficit and trying to implement more cardio when I can. Job got me on my feet all day and walking a lot, that helps too but would not hurt to hit the treadmill more.

We are going to make it.

Yo we got this bro, don’t need sum bullshit Reta-cheat-tide. I’ve already lost a bit and tbf I’m not even finding it that hard, just eating meat, eggs, cheese and some low carb fruits like cherries.

Who said that? It doesn't matter if you have good protein and at least some fat so your hormones are not fucked.

We weren’t put on this planet to eat processed bread rice and cakes. Only carbs you should be consuming is milk, fruits, vegetables, and some wheat like oats

Bread Is just.... some egg mixed with flour(which is wheat that is been broke down into very small fractions) and cooked. There is not really much difference on macronutrients.

The only problem is sugar level spike but you can just walk for 10-30 min after each food and then it doesn't matter. Or if you aren't really fat it doesn't matter.
