i been wondering for a long time now on how to lose weight/fat and gain muscles at the same time.
its just how much food i should eat on daily, calories, carbs and so on.
I my self don't know how to cut correctly so i'm hoping someone could give me tips on how to do it right and just not end up with eating disorder.

I'm 5'10 and 62/63kg

taking a big portion every lunch?
yes i eat around full two portions every lunch with food 85% and 15% Sauerkraut, three glasses of milk and this is my daily eating.
i could have fast metabolism or just not eating enough i guess. Should i bulk instead or whats your opinion?

Post a pic of yourself. I have been from 59KG to 91KG in 4 years without gaining body fat, you should first have some muscle base. It depends on your goal physique tho

Not cool enough to post pictures yet :ogre:
but how tall are you if you are 91kg now? got to be some good amount of muscle mass on there
