Im starting up wrestling back up again so I have to start cutting weight again.
I’m 150ish and I need to be around 144 during the whole season but I have a lot of body fat I would say. I am the one on the left. Give advice on how to cut weight without losing muscle and just losing fat in general without. Maybe a calorie deficit but I’ve never done any. Idk how many calories I should eat.
