How do i cycle aromatase inhibitors?

Im gonna go on a test cycle, but i saw that you need to take aromatase inhibitors to reduce the risk for gyno. How do i cycle the inhibitors???

first of all you never take it before side effect occurs. (Except you want to heightmaxx or something like that)
Most who take 500mg of testo e/c weekly dont experience any side effects so its likely (depening on what you take) that you wont need it at all.

Its only when you notice side effects that you take it
