There are many things you can do for this rather than just tanning hard asf in summer and hoping it will last all the way through winter. The best thing you can do is just use fake self tanners that most girls use. Make sure to buy a reliable brand that doesn't stain your skin or make you look like a fucking carrot. The next is eating carrots ironically enough. If you carrotmax all the extra beta-carotene that does not become vitamin A, can in turn be excreted through the skin which gives more color or that "tan" look that you may want.
