How do I deal with low sexual libido??????

Not sure if its the right forum to ask this bit I'll go ahead anyway.

My libido is like 15% of what it used to be. And it has declined in all aspects, from physical to psychological.
1. Erections are harder to come by and harder to maintain. I used to get full erect just my imagining sexy stuff. But nowadays even watching porn cannot get me a full hardon. I have to stroke my limp dick for quite a while before fappable erection could be achieved. And even that is not fully hard. Plus its difficult to maintain and goes limp pretty quickly. Because of this I think I've developed death grip.

2. The desire for sexual release is gone too. I remember those days when I couldn't go by 2 days without sexual release. I had to literally fap everyday. Nowadays, I can completely forget about it for a couple of days before the urge comes back, and then too only mildly.

3. Losing penis sensitivity as well. I have to simulate the glans otherwise it doesn'twork. The rest of it is simply not that sensitive anymore. And I'm starting to feel a lot of numbness.

4. Cum volume and velocity has declined too. Its not that much of a concern really, but that's just additional crap.

5. I don't feel the animalistic need to fuck anymore. Back then, a simple sexy picture could send me through the roof. Now I can see a hot naked woman and still feel nothing. The absolute need to put my dick inside a hot ass and breed it is fading away.

I'm 27M btw. This is a situation I wish to change. I used to think its psychological cuz of depression and stress and bad sleep schedule, but the physical deficiencies make me think otherwise. Age could be a factor, but I also know guys my age who are as horny as ever.

Any suggestions are appreciated
 
Have you asked your parents to take you to the doctor, they could tell him: "Hello doc, son doesn't feel good - smol dick, smol erection, smol cum, he's not the same as before..."

I used to be the same around 8 years ago. But never got wet dreams. I wish there was a simple solution to this. What I would give to go back

Try the basics first bro, change your diet, exercise, get a lot of sun light, manage stress (yes mental stress affect your physically well being as well) and sleep well.

Fats in diet is very important for hormonal profile btw, saturated fats is actually good and so is getting good amount of cholesterol. Supplement with basic shit as well.
 
Get your Testosterone checked.

And make sure you're sleeping well and working out and eating proper micronutrients from your food.

It has been gradual. Started when I was 25 and declined gradually. I am not on any medication. I was on hair therapy tho(minox) for an year. And took fin for around 2 months last to last year.

I sporadically get both, especially depression. But that doesn't explain the physical shit. Like not easily getting hard etc.

kinda similar, low libido in the last months but normal T levels (650ng/dl). how to fix?
