how do I debloat face during cold ?

so this week I got the cold, and yeah it's not good, a bunch of mucus, sore throat, coughing etc, but I also noticed my face got bloated too, tbh I've let myself kinda go this week cuz I was sick, but I searched it up and it said because my sinus was blocked by mucus, but still, how do I debloat?
