I’ve been drinking everyday for over a week now, literally ungodly amounts of beer and vodka for a 130lb man, how can I debloat super fast? Had plans for tomorrow but I doubt I can debloat that quick so will reschedule for Wednesday, should I drink a gallon of water a day plus hour long walk every night before Wednesday? Would this work? What are the best ways to debloat FAST.
