Alright bro one way to test if it’s truly water retention related bloating, I learned this in med school. Try furosemide it’s a diuretic it’ll get rid of all water at inner cellular level, comes in pill form

im fucking with u but u just gotta lose overall fat first and get that bf% down. Then u can consider using diuretics either furosemide or torsemide (theres threads on here u can read more about it). If this helps mark me as solution on the right side of my post
