HOW DO I DEBLOAT ??? I can't even sweat

Hi, does anybody know how to debloating when you have genetically caused anhidrosis, so I never sweat. At first, I was overweight, so I lost some weight, but then I realized the rest was water retention. I tried doing cardio to sweat, but even after an hour I didn’t sweat at all—my skin just got hot.

reduce your sodium intake, balance well with potassium, drink LOTS of water throughout the day, try some diuretics like coffee or something stronger, cardio, sometimes get in the sauna if you like, also make sure you get some blood work done as it could be something hormonal that's causing water retention. good luck bhai
