work out your maintenance kcals and if you're cutting/trying to lose fat just -500kcals from that number. you can't spot debloat as @iblamemano said but ensure that you lower your sodium intake, try using diuretics if you really want to, don't eat heavy meals and drink LOTS of water. do your cardio and get in the sauna bcs it feels goodi dont like walking because it hurts
