Im just gonna give u guys all the info. My face is bloated asf (i think?). I have decent bone structure and decent masseters, as well as 12% body fat. You would think thats enough, but no, incorrect. It is clrealy not enough. I drink 86 oz of water a day. Idk what im doing wrong. Someone please help me out with this, its literally the difference of hltn and mtn

At ~12% bf it’s probably not actual fat more likely to just be water retention or just your own perception. Face looking “bloated” day to day usually comes from sodium/carb swings, poor sleep, stress, or certain foods (a lot of people can get puffy from gluten/dairy).

Also, lighting/angles play a huge role If you wake up leaner and get puffier later, that’s water, not fat.

You’re probably not doing anything wrong. Just make sure to keep things consistent (diet, sleep, hydration) and it evens out.

Its also possible that you just carry more fat in your buccal pads.

If so, you could get buccal fat removal (surgery), although depending on your age I would advise against it (you may naturally lean out in the face as you age into your late teens, twenties). And you could look gaunt if done too early.

You also might be overestimating how lean you are.

You could be 14%+ and that's why you aren't seeing any cheek shadowing. You might also just need to be leaner, around 10%.

Water pulling and a garm of lasix a hour and use lemon bottle in your cheeks

If you re actually 12% bf then that s not fat.Eat less sodium and I like to go with a 1:4 sodium potassium rate.Don t over drink water that will make it worse.Drink 3 liters per day,eat healthy and do cardio,try a slight calorie deficit that will help too.

Surgery, other then that get to 10% bodyfat and for temporary debloat caffeine and potassium and don't eat much stuff with sodium. Also, when sleeping, use 2or3 pillows to have your head raised so that when sleeping there will be a little less fluid in your face and a bit less "morning bloat"
