I swear in the mirror I look rather lean and in many pics too but in some pictures I look like a BLOATED FREAK. How the fuck do I debloat??

If you’re already lean start taking potassium and collagen supplements. Both will tighten your skin and potassium will make you lose water weight.

Eat healthy home cooked meals

Consume diuretics like potassium and caffeine
