How do i decrease lymph nodes showing

I always wondered if the lymph nodes are nerfing my jaw visibility because my ramus and mandible are pretty decent. Didnt find a way to make them less visible or smaller so im asking yall if theres any gatekept looksmax for it (lighting is off i was outside and couldnt make them show more)
