For porn just have a blocker on. there is going to be withdrawls where you will be tempted and unblock it. you prob will but just block it again and keep trying to add more blockers and more steps to unblock it. before you know it all the effort to unblock it will be too much and you just wont be bothered as much anymore this is a long process. As for irl as soon as you stop watching porn irl will disappear aswell 2 birds with 1 stone.

Why would one want to overcome lust, thats like asking how do I remove all sadness from my life. Without lust or sadness you will never be complete. Take your emotions for granted and I hope they never return.
