hello guys after months of researching Im going to make a complete lookmaxxing thread with everything you need to know.

-APPEAL.


I see lots of graycel saying “you need appeal bro not PSL

But the truth is, women like both PSL and Appeal Like a mix of both.

PSL :
3 SET CHIN TUCKS 10-20 REPS EVERY DAY.
3 SET NECK CURLS 10-20 REPS EVERY DAY

Bonesmash:
hit your zygomatics, mandibulars , chin very hard if you can every day for 3 sets of 1000 reps.
I like to do this for 3000 reps though because it gave faster result.
When you start bleeding is when you know its working and you will look like this:View attachment 5615006

You dont need alot for psl because if you do alot you will look too mogger like and scary. We can see this in james sapphire who has max PSL but no appeal so he is sadly invisible to feminoids.View attachment 5615041


Now for appealmaxing.
Its easy , you will need :
-clear skin
- mod cut or tiktok fluffy hair
Thats about it for appeal.
Make sure use based powder for hair

Also debloating gives a lot PSL but very little appeal. If you want this you should have 0 sodium, but a lot water and potassium like 5L water with 4000mg pottasium and you will have hullo cheeks.
