how do I do better in school with low effort

I get decent test scored and am smart but I just feel zero need to complete any homework or classwork resulting in me spending the entire school day on this fucking website or my phone. Is there any way I can just get smarter so I can do all my work faster and ascend my grades to get my parents off my ass
