How do I dose Aromasin?

I’ve been planning to maximize whatever part of possible development still exists in my puberty and finally have the monetary means to do so. My only issue is how do I dose this shit? It’s like I can’t even find a proper guide for anything. Anyways should I just pop a bunch of Aromasin tablets and hope for the best or is there a science behind the dosage (I’ve already taken a blood test for hormone levels just not tryna spend extra money if I don’t have to find that number). Like I’m not tryna lose brain function but I need to suppress e2 for sure. Feel free to dm any help is appreciated
