how do i dose rosemary oil

what % do i dose my rosemary oil?

the old study comparing it to minox said they used 1% although it was against 2% minox (not the average 5%).
i'm definitely upping the dose but i don't know to what extent. gpt tells me 10% is irritating but 5% feels like it's not much.

i'm thinking about 8%, is that fine?
