How do I eat an orange correctly?

Never ate fruit as a kid so help me, I peeled that shit and it had the white stuff and shit was gross

What do you mean, you eat it once you take the peel off. Its usually naturally divided into pieces and you take the pieces out and eat them.

(basically cut the orange in half till there is 8 equal pieces)

then you can fit the slices perfectly into ur mouth

That's too much effort for an orange. My method now is to slice it in pieces and just suck the insides

Hopefully that actually gives me the vitamins and not just sugar
