humans didnt cook their food when they didnt have to, they cooked it because it was frozen and hard to eat
not cooking it keeps the nutrients intact, cooking it destroys them
I should have phrased that better. I was talking specifically about cooking meat. Cooking vegetables is retarded.

Minerals like Iron and Zinc in meat are heat stable, so they are not lost from cooking.
Cooking in liquid is retarded unless you drink all the liquid, because you will loose nutrients from to the liquid.
Not drinking the juices from the meat is also retarded, because you loose thiamin.

If you cook for a long time or at a very high temperature you will loose some anti-oxidants an other compounds. But cooking for high temperatures causes oxidation, which leads to the formation of advanced glycation end products, many of which your body can't break down and age you (in your skin & organs), so broiling is double dumb.

Roasting and Baking are the healthiest ways to cook meat, with minimal nutrient loss + better absorption by your body.

- have it to be coldish(put it in the fridge for awhile)
- eat it with unsalted butter and drink milk inbetween

He's doing good, and I'm a fan of him but it doesn't take much to be a million times healthier than the average person, or a vegan. He also admits to working out in his videos where he says it's unhealthy. He says he does it for vanity, so it's not like he just ate pure meat and sprouted muscles.

Any one who wants to go pure meat eater, without any vegetables needs to make sure they eat lots of different organ meats, and use an app to see if they're missing any important nutrients.

He claims that the shit typical obsessive roided out gymcellers do is unhealthy tbh, and overall fitness, especially the functional kind, was necessary for natural man to survive in more primitive times.

He's raw primal and doesn't just eating purely raw meat alone but also raw butter milk some orange juice eggs etc. and always emphasizes the importance of organ meat over muscle meat, as that's what will make it sustainable long term because of how nutritious it is.

Magnesium and manganese are heat stable which is why I said to drink the liquid.
You retain 65% of thiamine when cooking.

Thiamine recommended daily value is 1.2 mg
So it seems like getting the optimal amount is pretty much impossible unless you eat a bunch of raw fish and or raw pork. Healthier with a risk of getting infected with tape worms, round worms and bacteria's like Salmonella.

Unless you are already sick, or weak Salminila won't kill you. CDC estimates Salmonella cause about 1.35 million illnesses, 26,500 hospitalizations, and 420 deaths in the United States every year. I ate raw meat for years, and would sometimes get sick for a day or two. So, Salminila probably won't kill you unless you are pathetic and weak.

Tape worms can lay eggs inside you which attack and eat your organs. 33 people die a year in the U.S. of worms laying eggs inside of them and eating their organs. So... that's not a lot. You'll probably be fine. But then again, how many people eat raw pork or fish everyday in the U.S.?


So sure, Raw fish and pork, daily is probably more optimal for most people.

Except fish everyday, even fish low in mercury will still lead to toxic levels of mercury in your body over time, theoretically. Mercury content is much higher now than it use to be. So that leaves the tape worm issue of raw pork, which we have no way of estimating how prevalent or dangerous it is, because we don't know how many people eat raw pork. There are also other potential dangers of raw pork, that we don't know how deadly they could be.

So when it comes to health, perhaps, we don't know for sure, all we can do is kinda guess. Even the percent daily values, we don't know if we really need all of it or not.

I personally have trouble eating enough calories during my meal times when I eat raw meat. If you're a youtuber who has all day to eat, then it could work. Or you could cook to digest faster. Probably depends on personal biology as well.
